Role: PART-TIME

Pay: $20 per hour

Responsible for concession operations on the nights games are played (including cashiers, food prep, and food safety)

• Perform opening and closing procedures each game night (Monday-Thursday during each season)
• Ensure team members are following proper policies and procedures
• Oversee concession cleanliness, product quality, customer service, and food safety
• Ensure security of concessions building, supplies, and equipment
• Maintain inventory, purchasing food and supplies as needed
• Recruit and lead team members
• Oversee team members and maintain the number of required team members each game night
• Maintain funds for cash sales
• Fill out nightly and weekly sales reports
• Build relationships with CML families
